Most queries are answered within one business day from our Amsterdam working hours; complex programme-research questions or billing disputes can take up to three working days because we like to give them a proper look.

Use the contact form for editorial corrections (we maintain a public corrections log for substantive fact updates), feature requests, press enquiries, partnership proposals, or anything you’d rather not put in a public mailbox. For account or subscription help, please email billing@milesmosaic.com directly so we can verify the account on file. We do not sell user data, we do not honour partnership requests that would compromise editorial independence, and we ignore status-match facilitation requests, because status-match is a per-programme transaction between you and the airline or hotel.
