What we commit to, and how you can check it
Six standing commitments. Each one links to where you can verify it yourself. Nothing here is new: it is already true across the product and our policy pages. This page puts it in one place.
We never ask for, store or transmit a loyalty password.
You type in a balance yourself, or paste a screenshot for Atlas to read. No account linking, no OAuth into a programme, no scraping, no loyalty password stored, ever.
Evidence: why we’re private, and the architecture behind it at security.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for cross-site profiling.
Your programme balances, trip history and account details are not a product we sell or rent to a marketing list or a data broker, and we hold no audience-segment product for anyone to buy. We do not share your data for cross-site profiling either. We do use a small number of processors: analytics and advertising tags, gated behind your consent before they load, and Paddle to handle billing. Each one is named individually in the privacy policy.
Evidence: what we deliberately do not collect.
No programme pays for coverage, a ranking, a valuation or a forecast result.
We do earn affiliate commission on some credit card links and some programme join links, for example a Flying Blue or Accor Live Limitless referral. That is disclosed inline before the first such link in any article, and it never decides which programme ranks higher, what a mile is valued at, or how a forecast comes out. We will not rank a card or a programme by commission rate, and we will not take down factual criticism of a programme at a partner's request.
Evidence: affiliate disclosure and editorial policy.
You can export your data and delete your account, yourself, at any time.
From Account settings, Export my data downloads a complete export, JSON and CSV, of every flight, stay, programme and Atlas conversation you have logged. Delete account is immediate: confirm your email once, and the account and its data are removed right away, in that same request. There is no undo inside the product once you confirm, and neither action requires emailing us first.
Evidence: the Export and Delete account cards in Account settings (sign in required).
Every threshold we publish carries the date we verified it, and its source.
Valuations, transfer ratios and redemption grades each show a Last verified date and a link to where the figure came from: a programme's own published rules, or a named third-party source, never an unlabelled number. Coverage is not complete, and we say so on the pages themselves: as of August 2026, six of our ten launch earning programmes carry a documented coverage gap, and the calculator names the specific limitation inline rather than guessing at a rate.
Evidence: value of a mile and earning calculator.
When we get something wrong, it goes in the corrections log, with a date.
A factual error we catch, or a reader flags and we verify, gets fixed in the article and logged: the date, what changed and why. The log is empty today. That is what zero corrections since launch looks like, not a page we forgot to build, and it says so plainly rather than hiding an empty state.
Evidence: corrections log.
What we do not promise
Candour costs less than it seems to. Three limits worth stating plainly, not burying:
- No certification we do not hold. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS or any other audited compliance certification. Card payments are handled entirely by Paddle as Merchant of Record, so your card number never reaches our servers in the first place.
- No guarantee that a programme honours a rule we correctly reported. Programme terms change without notice, and ours say so plainly in the terms of service.
- Not complete coverage of every programme, or every route within one. Miles Mosaic tracks 24 airline programmes, 7 hotel programmes and 8 transferable currencies today, listed in full at supported programmes, and even inside a covered programme some tools cover a subset (see commitment 5, above).
Questions about trust
- Does Miles Mosaic ever ask for my loyalty programme password?
- No. There is no account linking and no OAuth into any airline or hotel programme, and nothing is scraped. See why we’re private.
- Does Miles Mosaic sell my data?
- No. We do not sell, rent or broker personal data to marketing lists, data brokers or advertisers. See what we deliberately do not collect.
- Does an airline or hotel programme pay for a better ranking or valuation?
- No programme pays for coverage, a ranking, a valuation or a forecast result. We do earn disclosed affiliate commission on some card and referral links; see the affiliate disclosure.
- Can I delete my Miles Mosaic account?
- Yes, yourself, at any time, from Account settings. It is immediate, and there is no undo inside the product once you confirm.
- What happens when Miles Mosaic gets a fact wrong?
- It is fixed in the article and logged on the corrections page with the date, what changed and why.
