Corrections
Mistakes happen. When we spot one (or a reader flags one) we fix the article promptly and record what changed here. Our full process is documented in our editorial policy.
How corrections work
Every Miles Mosaic article is dated and version-tracked. When a fact changes (a programme repricing, a status threshold shift, an alliance restructure) or when we made a factual error, we follow this process:
- Triage within 48 hours. Reports are reviewed against the source (programme T&Cs, official press release, primary documentation).
- Article update. The article body is edited; the
last_updatedtimestamp in the registry is bumped; affected programme cards reflect the new figure. - Log entry below. A short summary of what changed and why lands on this page. Older entries are kept indefinitely; we never silently rewrite history.
- Subscriber notice. If the change materially affects a previously-shared recommendation, registered Pro readers are notified in the next weekly digest.
Spot something off? Email corrections@milesmosaic.com with a link to the article and a one-line summary, or use the contact page.
