Know whether your booked trips will keep your status

Miles Mosaic shows your current elite status across every programme you join and forecasts whether the trips you have already booked will requalify you.

An elite status tracker monitors how close you are to keeping or earning frequent-flyer and hotel elite tiers. Miles Mosaic goes further with a requalification forecast: it combines what you have earned so far with the trips you have already booked to give a year-end verdict, your renewal date, and the exact shortfall, so you can act before a qualification window closes.

See your current status across every programme

Miles Mosaic tracks elite status across 31 airline and hotel loyalty programmes, 24 airline and 7 hotel, in one place. For each programme you see your current tier, how much qualifying activity you have logged this period, and what stands between you and the next tier. Instead of logging into a dozen separate accounts, you get one clear picture of where you stand. Miles Mosaic never asks for or stores your loyalty passwords and does not log in to your accounts on your behalf.

How the requalification forecast works

The forecast adds two things together: the qualifying activity you have earned so far this period, and the qualifying activity from trips you have already booked but not yet flown or stayed. Miles Mosaic projects these forward against the published tier rules for supported programmes and returns a clear year-end verdict, your renewal or requalification date, and the exact shortfall if your booked trips fall short. You learn early whether a single extra trip would secure the tier, or whether you are already safe. Run it any time from the requalification forecaster.

The qualification currencies it understands

Programmes count progress in different ways, and the forecast speaks each one. It understands tier points and status credits on airline programmes, qualifying nights and elite nights on hotel programmes, plus the specific currencies major schemes use, including Loyalty Points, MQDs (Medallion Qualification Dollars), PQPs (Premier Qualifying Points), and XP. Because each programme is modelled separately, you compare like with like and see exactly which currency you still need.

Deadlines, renewal dates and alerts

Every tier has a clock. Miles Mosaic surfaces your requalification deadline and renewal date for each programme so nothing slips by unnoticed. Pro adds active monitoring that watches your progress as the deadline approaches and flags programmes where your booked trips will not be enough in time to act. Explorer is free and shows your status and a forecast on demand; Pro is $14.99/month and adds the always-on monitoring, planning and analysis, ad-free.

A worked example

Say your airline tier needs 300 status credits to requalify and renews on 31 December. You have earned 180 so far, and the two trips already in your calendar will add another 95. The forecast returns a verdict of not yet on track, a renewal date of 31 December, and an exact shortfall of 25 status credits. Now you know a single short qualifying trip closes the gap, rather than discovering the miss in January when it is too late.

Honest limitations

The forecast is a planning tool, not a guarantee. It projects from the figures you enter and the published rules for supported programmes, so its accuracy depends on accurate inputs and on programmes not changing their rules mid-year. It does not read your accounts, does not search or book award flights, and cannot account for promotions, status matches or bonus offers you have not recorded. Treat the verdict as strong guidance to plan around, then confirm the final tally in your programme account.

Best for

  • Frequent flyers and hotel guests chasing or defending an elite tier this year
  • People with trips already booked who want to know if it is enough to requalify
  • Anyone juggling several programmes who wants one verdict and one deadline view

Not for

  • Searching for or booking award flights, which Miles Mosaic does not do
  • Anyone wanting a guaranteed outcome rather than a rules-based projection
  • People who will not record their earned activity and booked trips accurately

Frequently asked questions

Does the forecast guarantee I will requalify?

No. It is a projection from the figures you enter and published rules for supported programmes. It gives a clear verdict and exact shortfall, but final qualification is decided by your loyalty programme, so always confirm in your account.

Which qualification currencies does it handle?

Tier points, status credits, qualifying and elite nights, Loyalty Points, MQDs, PQPs and XP. Each programme is modelled with its own currency so you see exactly what you still need.

Do I have to give my loyalty passwords?

No. Miles Mosaic never asks for or stores loyalty passwords and does not log in to your accounts. You enter your earned activity and booked trips, and it forecasts from there.

How much does it cost?

Explorer is free and is not a trial. Pro is $14.99/month (USD) and adds active monitoring of your deadlines, planning, analysis and an ad-free experience.
