See every flight, stay, route and travel year
Miles Mosaic turns your logged flights and hotel stays into one private timeline, complete with routes, cabins, nights and a year-in-review summary.
Miles Mosaic is a personal travel history tracker that brings every flight and hotel stay you log into one timeline. It shows the routes you have flown on a map, the cabins you flew, the nights you stayed, and a year-in-review summary of each travel year. Your data is private: it never stores loyalty passwords, lets you export everything to CSV, and supports permanent deletion. It is a web app and PWA with no native mobile app.
A timeline of every flight and stay
Travel history starts as a clean chronological timeline. Every flight and hotel stay you have logged appears in order, so you can scroll back through years of travel and see exactly what happened and when. Because flights and stays live in the same record, a trip reads as a whole rather than a pile of disconnected bookings. To add or import entries, use the flight and hotel stay tracker; everything you log flows into this view automatically.
Routes and a map of where you have been
Beyond the list, Miles Mosaic plots the city pairs you have flown on a route map. The map makes your travel shape obvious at a glance: the hubs you cycle through, the long-haul corridors you favour, and the corners of the world still untouched. As you add flights, new routes appear, so the map grows into a personal record of where you have been.
Cabins flown and nights stayed
Your history also rolls up the details that matter for status and reflection. See the cabins you flew, from economy through premium and business, and the nights you stayed across hotel programmes. These totals connect to your loyalty tracker, so the same data that documents your year also explains your progress toward elite tiers across 31 airline and hotel programmes.
Your year in review
At the close of a travel year, Miles Mosaic assembles a year-in-review summary: flights taken, nights stayed, routes flown and how the year compared to the last. It turns a year of scattered trips into a single readable recap. The Year-in-Review summary is part of Pro at $14.99 per month, alongside active monitoring, planning tools and an ad-free experience; see pricing for the full breakdown.
Export and privacy
Your travel history belongs to you. Miles Mosaic lets you export everything to CSV at any time and permanently delete your data when you choose. It never asks for or stores your loyalty passwords and never logs in to your accounts, so there are no credentials sitting in our system. You add or import entries yourself, and you can take them with you or remove them entirely whenever you like.
