Read this before applying: Alaska states the match is a one-time offer per member for life. You get exactly one, ever. If you hold Delta Gold Medallion now but expect Platinum or Diamond within the year, spending your single lifetime match at Gold level is a decision you cannot take back.

Alaska matches Silver, Gold and Platinum. It does not match Titanium. Complimentary and promotional status do not qualify, so a Gold Medallion that arrived through a promotion or a soft landing will not be accepted. It has to be status you earned.

The application itself is light: a screenshot of your current Delta status. The trial then runs 90 days.

Keeping Atmos Gold past the trial means earning base points on Alaska or Hawaiian flights inside those 90 days, and Saver fares are excluded from that earning. We could not confirm the exact threshold. Alaska does not publish a single figure, and its own terms say the requirement varies by matched tier and is confirmed at approval. Do not book flying around an assumed number: wait until Alaska gives you yours, then decide whether the requirement is reachable.
