Track every loyalty programme in one dashboard

Miles Mosaic brings airline miles, hotel points, qualifying nights, status credits and expiry dates into one private view, so you stop juggling apps, statements and spreadsheets.

A travel loyalty tracker is a single dashboard that records your airline and hotel programmes, their balances, your elite-status progress and the dates everything expires. Miles Mosaic tracks 31 airline and hotel programmes plus 8 transferable currencies, and it does so without asking for a loyalty-account password.

What a loyalty tracker actually does

Most frequent travellers hold more than one programme: an airline alliance, a hotel chain or two, and a stack of transferable bank points. A loyalty tracker pulls those into one place so you can see, at a glance, what you have earned, what counts toward status, and what is about to expire. Miles Mosaic adds the part spreadsheets cannot: it applies each programme's qualification rules so the numbers mean something.

The data Miles Mosaic tracks

Programme coverage

Miles Mosaic currently tracks 31 airline and hotel loyalty programmes (24 airline, 7 hotel) and 8 transferable currencies such as Chase Ultimate Rewards, American Express Membership Rewards and Capital One miles. The supported programmes page lists every programme, the status metric it uses, and when each was last reviewed.

Privacy by design

Miles Mosaic does not log in to your airline or hotel accounts and never asks for or stores a loyalty-programme password. You add or import the figures you want to track, and you can export everything to CSV or delete it permanently at any time. There is nothing to scrape and no credential for an airline to block.

Explorer is free; Pro adds planning

Explorer is free and is not a time-limited trial: track your programmes, log flights and stays, and see status pace and expiry. Pro ($14.99/month) adds active monitoring across every programme, unlimited trip planning, the scenario simulator, the Year-in-Review, and removes advertising. Compare both on the pricing page.

Best for

  • Travellers who hold status or balances in more than one airline or hotel programme
  • People replacing a spreadsheet or several single-programme apps
  • Anyone who wants one private view of balances, status and expiry without sharing passwords

Not for

  • People who only use a single programme and never track status
  • Travellers who want automatic balance scraping from their accounts (Miles Mosaic is deliberately manual and password-free)
  • Award-flight searching or booking, which Miles Mosaic does not do
