To extend, earn Medallion Qualification Dollars on Delta flights during the trial: 1,250 for Silver, 2,500 for Gold, 3,750 for Platinum. You must have been an enrolled SkyMiles member 30+ days and flown one Delta-marketed non-basic-economy flight in the last 3 years. Enrollment closes 2026-12-31; extended status runs through 2028-01-31.
